Greg Fillmore
Greg is a seasoned educationalist, businessman, transformation coach, and inspirational speaker with an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch. He is passionate about people, igniting human potential, and helping people live purposeful lives.
Greg is an avid people-watcher who devotes part of his spare time to volunteer work in the ManKind Project South Africa. He has mentored and coached scores of people who have achieved success in their personal lives, careers, and businesses. He believes in ethical, authentic leadership which is people-centred, values-based, and focused on empowerment.
With a rich background in education and motivational speaking, Greg brings an engaging, insightful, and reflective approach to all his interactions.
Lillian Bususu
Lillian is passionate about Human Capital Development, bringing extensive expertise in Leadership facilitation, training, and coaching. As a transformational coach , she holds a Masters in Leadership and Coaching from the University of Stellenbosch and has vast experience in driving strategy across higher education career services and graduate employability.
As an EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner, Lillian designs leadership facilitation experiences that empower individuals to shift perspectives, cultivate authentic leadership, and achieve meaningful, long-term transformation in both personal and professional domains.
Bernard van der Spuy
Bernard van der Spuy is a practicing business leadership and self-development coach, facilitator, and workshop presenter. With over 20 years of experience in Private Higher Education. Bernard is an accredited International Coaching Federation PCC coach and member of the ICF. He has experience in leadership development and transforming the leadership environment. He currently has a Master’s degree in Management.
Bernard likes to keep things simple, authentic, and real as he enables people to become more self-aware while realizing their potential in an ever-changing world. Bernard is passionate about leadership growth and further development. He believes that you first need to lead yourself before leading others.
